A handsome cheery site, not too crowded, and with lots of information.
Easy to find a box of roses, with a good side menu that even includes categories for flower colour.
Monday - Friday: All orders must be received by 1:00PM (in recipients time zone) for same day delivery. Saturday, by 10am. No deliveries Sunday or public holidays.
A giant information section including corporate flowers, flower meanings, flower care and flower news, and separate customer service section with delivery guide and feedback.
Has a points system to reward frequent flower buyers.
Simple, elegant, and a pleasure to use.
Very fast, very polite and helpful response to emails. They provide sachets of preservatives.
