It's incredible how much information about flowers is provided on this website.
It does make it appear a bit crowded, as they try to help you with everything you every wanted to know about buying flowers online.
A big side menu, allowing you to shop by occasion, price or product. The ability to order flowers for delivery overseas. Very clear FAQ, delivery, service and about sections. Incredible amounts of information about the meaning of flowers, caring for flowers.
Was a little hard to work out how to get a box of long-stemmed roses, although many designs and arrangements for roses are available.
Same day delivery by a Petals Florist is guaranteed throughout Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed. On Saturdays the cutoff is 10:30am.
Extra services such as order tracking, flower advisors, creative card messagess, loyalty club, gift reminders and corporate orders. Details of business awards they have won.
Petals definitely has all the information you need on a website. The design is a little old-fashioned, but add a search box and it would be brilliant.
Very fast response to email, but it was brief - didn't really answer all my questions.
