A simple site, without any fuss, that impresses you the longer you stay there.

Easy to find a dozen roses in a box. A click on the rose category on the home page, and a solid selection of roses is presented, with the lovely name Seduction.

To get more delivery information, instead of a clear delivery link, it was under the "Help with your order" submenu. Hard to find, but one of the most useful, informative pages around, addressing cutoff times, order changes, order confirmation, and what happens if no-one is home for a delivery. Very practical and useful.

Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible provided that the order is placed before 3pm AEST. Same day delivery within Australia on Saturdays is possible provided that the order is placed before 10am AEST. Is practical, and introduces the idea of restricted delivery areas.

An interesting section on the history of flower relay services, their corporate floral services available, and promotions and events. Reading those pages gives a powerful impression of a very professional, well-organised company.

Lovely creative names for flower arrangements, such as flirt, first kiss, affection, impulse and entice. Very well done.

Very fast and helpful response to emails.
