The Flower Factory is an online florist bassed in Sydney, but with directly owned retail stores and affiliates across Australia.
Demonstrating great marketing savvy, they own www.florist.com.au and also the phone number 1300 florist.
The dozen boxed long stemmed roses were easy to find, and include a small box of Lindt chocolates.
Delivery information was easy to find, delivering anywhere across Australia same day* (for orders placed by 11am to capital cities**) unless another delivery date is specified. Delivery charges are at a fixed rate of $13.50 AUD per order, regardless of the size of the arrangement. However the website did not mention anything about weekend deliveries.
Lots of additional information on extras like the history of Mothers Day and Valentines Day, and information about specific flowers, such as roses, at the bottom of the site.
A simple but comprehensive one-page checkout, giving the option to add chocolates, balloons, bears or wine.
A well-organised site.
