FastFlowers provides lots of information on its website in a very pleasant manner.
Some lovely images of flower arrangements on the home page, a clear side menu with flower categories, very clear policies, company information and delivery information.
Deliver to most large cities and towns every day except Sunday (Mothers Day excepted) and Australian and NZ public holidays. Also not on local public holidays or state based holidays.
Same day delivery if you order before noon Monday to Friday, and 10:30am on Saturdays.
Additional, well-presented, tips and articles on flower care and meanings. An online live help box, and newsletter with discounts.
As FastFlowers caters for Australia, New Zealand and International deliveries, they ask you to choose the destination up front, on the home page. But then the site remembers your location for remaining browsing. While placing your order, you are offered upsells of chocolates, vases, balloons or teddy bears.
It doesn't have a search function. But the subcategories are so well organised, it can probably get away with it.
Overall a very well organised and presentable site, with a lovely flower range.
Very fast and helpful response to emails.
