Yes, they've tried to make it easy for you. A clean fresh site, with easy to read categories.
There is a search function, but it's a two-step search - first choose what you want to search by (product name, occasion, price range), then select the option within, on a new page. So that slows things down a bit.
It didn't seem possible to order a box of 12 long-stemmed roses, although there were two choices available for a dozen roses - either an arrangement, or one that came with a vase to put them in. Which is actually better, if this is where the flowers will end up staying.
Good information about the kind of flowers to send to different occasions.
Very detailed delivery information, with regard to dates, times, confirmations, and what they do.
For example, delivering on Monday through Saturday, not on Sundays unless it's Mothers Day or Valentine's Day, and not on Public Holidays. With a cutoff time of 1pm Monday to Friday, for same day delivery.
Initially wasn't obvious that delivery was $12.95 in Australia.
Good customer service information area.
Very fast response to emails, but alas, they don't do boxes of long stemmed roses at the time of enquiry.
