An old-fashioned site, this was a little hard to use.

There didn't seem to be an FAQ page for frequently asked questions such as delivery, cut-off times.

Looking for a dozen roses required paging through to the third page of the roses category, to find "just roses". and then needing to click further to find out that it was indeed 12 roses in a box. And that sometimes a box may not be available. At the time of review, the cost appeared $119.95.

Intriguingly the site search function returned a separate item for a dozen roses at only $99. Finally found out that the box was available as the item "roses are red" - despite the picture showing it as a bunch rather than a box. And it was only $99.

Also a little unusual was the offering of Bankcard as a payment method, given that the Bankcard scheme closed down in 2006.

They do deliver on the weekends, Saturday is fine unless it is a very restricted area, but Sunday may have to be confirmed depending on where the flowers have to go.

It has positive testimonials and a good range of flowers.

However Australia's Best Florist was the absolute winner in email response time - asking a question late on Sunday night got a response only 34 minutes later, and was very helpful. Now that's service!.
